Please note that we currently only ship within Germany and Austria.
Note: Sustainability and conscious consumption are deeply rooted in habitus' DNA. Therefore, it is very important to us to minimize our returns. Before you buy one of our products, think carefully about which motif you really like and don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. Have fun shopping!

Imports to third countries
When shipping to non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland), the recipient may incur customs duties. Please contact the relevant customs authority for more information. Additional customs fees are not included in our shipping costs. Please note that customs duties are charged per parcel and not per order. We strive to pack the parcels as efficiently as possible. However, due to weight restrictions per parcel, larger orders must be split into multiple parcels.
Returns:
You can return unused goods to us within 14 days. In the event of a return, the return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. In this way, we want to raise awareness of delivery routes and thus minimize the number of returns.
If you would like to return your order to us, please note the following points:
1. print out the return slip
You can find the returns form athere. Fill it out and enclose it with your return shipment so that we can assign your shipment to you later.
2. packaging and condition of the goods
Pack the items well to avoid damage in transit. It is best to use the package and packaging materials you received from us. Please make sure that the returned items are unused and in their original condition so that we can refund the full purchase price. Items that are returned to us broken or used cannot be refunded.
3. franking of the return shipment
Please make sure that your return has sufficient postage. For parcels returned freight collect and parcels with insufficient postage, the DHL penalty fee of 15 € will be deducted from the credit note for the return.
We also advise you to use insured shipping. On the one hand, you can track your return. On the other hand, your shipment is insured by your shipping service provider in the event of loss.

After we have received your return and processed it, you will receive a confirmation email from us. You will receive a refund for the returned items within 14 working days of the confirmation email being sent, using the payment method you used for your purchase.
