Founders Associate position

We are still at the very beginning of our journey and are looking for a smart, dedicated and hands-on person who can take ownership of important projects.

As we are a small team, you will work directly with the founders. As our first business management hire, you will be involved in all major initiatives and will have a significant impact on the future of the company.

💪 Your responsibilities

The following should serve as inspiration for what projects you could work on:

Building new customer acquisition funnels: ads/content/outbound, landing pages, CRM integration, follow-up email sequences Developing automations and scalable processes, building partnerships with podcasts, lead sources, conferences, influencers and meetups. Supporting our upcoming funding round. Interviewing potential customers to develop a solid product roadmap

🧠 Requirements

Degree in Business Administration or a related subject at Bachelor's or Master's level. We are very open to a wide variety of backgrounds.

Can-do attitude

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; English and German are a must

Strong attention to detail while considering the big picture

Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to new challenges

Passion for early-stage startups and the creative industry

Availability for full-time employment during the internship period (flexible schedule)
