Right of withdrawal

NOTE:Sustainability and conscious consumption are deeply rooted in habitus' DNA. Therefore, it is very important to us to minimize our returns. Before you buy one of our products, think carefully about which motif you really like and don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. Have fun shopping!

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us, Habitus GmbH, Geiselgasteigstraße 1, 81545 München, Deutschland E-Mail: hello@habitus-art.com, of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund your payment that we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within 14 days of receipt of the goods. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
 
Returns:
You can return unused goods to us within 14 days. In the event of a return, the return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. In this way, we want to raise awareness of delivery routes and thus minimize the number of returns.
If you would like to return your order to us, please note the following points:
1. print out and complete the returns form
You can find the returns form athere. Fill it out and enclose it with your return shipment so that we can assign your shipment later.
2. packaging and condition of the goods
Pack the items well to avoid damage in transit. It is best to use the package and packaging materials you received from us. Please make sure that the returned items are unused and in their original condition so that we can refund the full purchase price. Items that are returned to us broken or used cannot be refunded.
3. franking of the return shipment
Please make sure that your return has sufficient postage. For parcels returned freight collect and parcels with insufficient postage, the DHL penalty fee of 15 € will be deducted from the credit note for the return.
We also advise you to use insured shipping. On the one hand, you can track your return. On the other hand, your shipment is insured by your shipping service provider in the event of loss.

Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email from us. You will receive a refund for the returned items within 14 working days of the confirmation email being sent, using the payment method you used for your purchase.
